Enrolling your child is simple! Follow these steps:

OUR 3 - STEP PROCESS

STEP 1

Schedule a Campus Visit

  • Explore Our Facilities: Tour our classrooms, playgrounds, and learning spaces to gain insight into our daily activities.

  • Observe Our Community: Experience the vibrant interactions that make our school unique.

STEP 2

Submit Your Application

  • Complete the Application Form: Access our online application form to provide your child's information.
     

  • Gather References: 

  1. Past teachers

  2. Administrators

  • Setup placement testing.​

STEP 3

Secure Enrollment

  • Prepare the following for submission:
    1. Proof of Age: Birth certificate.
    2. Immunization Records: Up-to-date vaccination documentation.
    3. School Entry Health Exam Report
     

  • Application Review: Our admissions team will assess your application and documents.

  • Acceptance Notification: Receive an acceptance email containing enrollment link.

  • Enrollment Deposit: To secure your child's spot in our program, please submit the required enrollment deposit.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Meet the Teacher: August 6th - 2pm 
    New Family Orientation: August 6th - 3pm

  • First Day of School: August 7th - 8am

Admissions Policy

Family Christian School (FCS) does not discriminate in its admissions of students or in the administration of its educational policies, programs or activities based on race, color, national or ethnic origin.

Reenrollment of existing students typically begins in the middle of January each year.  At that time, priority is also given to enrolling siblings of our existing students.

Open Enrollment for the public begins the week after our reenrollment period is completed.    Enrollment applications are taken on a first come, first serve basis for each grade level.  New student applicants must take the WRAT-3 (Wide Range Apptitude Test) to assess readiness for placement in FCS. This test is now included in the $95 application fee for new students.

Tuition and Fees

​Application Fee of $95 due at submission
Enrollment Fees:

A $650 Enrollment Fee is due at the time a student is registered and is non-refundable. 

 

2025-26 Tuition Rates

K5 – 4th — $7,600 ($760/10 month)

5th – 8th — $7,850 ($785/10 months)

Tuition is paid either annually in July or in 10 or 12 monthly payments through FACTS Management.

There is a $50 flat fee plus any credit card charges when a payment plan is set up
